    I had an exceptional experience at Smog World! Vic was incredibly friendly, professional, and kind. Not only did he provide great customer service, but he also went above and beyond by polishing my headlights as an extra gesture, which left me feeling truly grateful. The smog check cost $79.95, and we were able to call and schedule an appointment on the same day. We were in and out in under 30 minutes, which was impressively fast. Despite their efficiency, we have not felt rushed. The team worked with urgency but maintained a genuine warmth and care throughout the entire process.     Vic was quick. I called at 1pm to see if walk-ins were okay. He said absolutely. I walked in at 1:20. He finished the work at 1:40, my card was swiped and I was done. He was super fast, very efficient. Also the 20 minutes includes the headlight polishing haha. I would recommend anyone go here and get their smog test done.

    I took my mom's car to do smog check at Smog World. Vic is very professional and friendly. My mom told Vic that she likes Elvis Presley because we saw many antiques and cute decor at the store...then he asked which song she likes and he played that song for her. My mom had a blast and she even danced at the smog check shop. He also helps customers to do free headlight polish with smog check. We really thankful for his great and fast service. Highly recommended if you need smog check service in Monterey Park.

    I don't like to waste my time and money, that's why I always take my cars to SMOG WORLD! I know I can rely on Vic getting the job done right.
